4. Intellectual Property. You retain all rights to images you upload. AI-generated outputs are provided for your use subject to applicable third-party AI provider terms.
5. Prohibited Content. You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or copyright-infringing content.
6. Limitation of Liability. The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
